TOUR is a four letter word

On Friday night Saturday 1 a.m. I texted my cousin.


Me : wanna go for Jason Mraz concert?
Cousin : Good seats? How much? A bit tight on budget.
Me : RM 348.00 Best seats! I pay for you with CC first la. Yo pay me when the statement comes.

WE'RE GOING FOR JASON MRAZ BABY!!!!

And so the cousins talked about the seating, whatever not rubbish for 2 whole hours. 

Me: I wanna sit super near! If buy RM 98.00 then look at the screen stay home and watch tv nia!

Cousin: That's exactly what I thought! I was thinking if super near seats will be RM 800.00 or something.

No prizes for guessing. He paid for my tickets. EHEHHEHEH

I'm OLD

So yesterday I attended a Gala dinner for property investors (YES PROPERTY INVESTORS!!! U DID NOT READ WRONGLY!) and the topic was which developer, project is good to dump your money in and which bank provides higher margin, good service, yada yada yada...


I attended the dinner as guest not as a banker. Yea I'm a banker now. Nothing fancy and I know it sounds BORING!


Anyway, there were 2 other bankers on my table, business owners and their sons/wife. Not sure why these property investors only like to bring sons to for 'exposure'.


I met a guy and we clicked instantly through Twitter, 9gag and college. He looked around my age till I asked him, "What do you do?' He replied, "I'm doing my 1st year degree."


Then it struck me 'friend' whom I can call a young chap is much younger than I. FML. Never mind, then when we were dining it struck me he is same age as Lily (my younger sister) and I realized that I am SUPER OLD!!! Double FML


The young chap asked me for college tips, work tips and the major he should choose. He looked at me in awe and kept saying that he wants to be like me when he is xx years old. My point is I'm damn OLD LAAAA


Oh yea is it me or bankers are just generally kia su and kia si? The banker who sat next to me really din't wanna tell her job until the 3rd quarter of the dinner. Really ah. When she heard I'm a banker her face also change then I saw her position which ummm I shall not go there. I think if I were to tell her what is my job she'll probably wanna switch place with her husband. wtf


Till then. I REALLY wanna be a student forever!

Why Blog?

I was going through the list of blog links I've added when I first started tadadidumdum. I realized and fewer friends are blogging now. If I were to filter out the inactive blogs, I figure there will only be a handful of blog links remaining?

Some blog coz of hobby while some blog for income. How many of u can really blog and earn money? Don't get me wrong there are famous bloggers who earn a living through blogging but for the rest? I think its mere wishful thinking.

Perhaps blogging is just a trend, a phase in life some would want to experience. 

For me, I love reading my previous blog entries! It reminds me of certain incidents. :)

Escape from Camp 14

The most recent book I've read. 

Based on a true story, its about a man who escaped from North Korean's political prison which is a BIG thing as in history, no one has managed to live the camp alive. It talks about the on goings of the camp and North Korea, a country where everything must be kept hush hush.

Not going to spoil anything.

Wanted to get this book 2 weeks ago but it was sold out in MPH. worth every dollar. Btw only costs RM 49.90.

Till then. Loads for me to learn.
