The food presentation was really cute. Honestly I was quite disappointed with the portion served.

Starting from the top to the bottom.

Homeade Lemon and Fresh Milk Scone, Refreshing of Vegetables and Avocado Dip

Scones were ok. Not a fan of them. But the avocado dip was awesome.

Dips for the scones L - R : apricot, butter and blueberry 

I literally had the blueberry dipping as unhealthy yogurt. LOL.

L - R :Mini Pound Cake with Fruit Compote, Minifudge Brownie, Meringue Kisses

Though they tasted good but it was really just ordinary sweet stuff with beautiful names.

Creme Brulee

This was total yucks. The inside was cold. Its supposed to be baked in the oven. It is so that the coating on top would sink into the entire cup. Instead they used the easy way out that is the fire torch to make the upper part looked burnt.

Musroom Risotto Ball : I seriously wanted to finish the left over gravy. It was just so good! But of coz I din't la.

Smoked Salmon : Can taste the sweet/freshness of the salmon! Onzzz.

Mushroom Risotto Ball 

Doesn't quite look like a ball to me but it was so DAMN AWESOME. ok la it tasted like French toast but super crispy version with mayo on top.

Don't think I need to write bout the Egg Sandwich. HAHAHAHA.

Tea!

Harmutty SFTGFOPI, Creme Caramel

Honestly, I din't know and still don't know how to pronounce the name of the first tea. But then hor don't bother ordering it because it tasted exactly like Lipton but I just din't want to admit it at that time because I was blinded by the ambiance and packaging. wtf.

I really liked the Creme Caramel though tasted like Creme Brulee but not sweet with that yummy smell and flavour which linger in your tongue.

Nice ambiance with really good service too!

So nice that I can fall asleep here! 

White & gold theme somemore. My favourite. Keekkeke.

Splendid experience! But I personally prefer Shangri-la. Same price more variety and bigger portion.

My Sweet Stuff

Exams this Friday! I was studying earlier well for a whole hour I guess. Then I fell asleep on the stack of notes. 

I super respect those who go for night classes after work. The brain after work is as good as fried, that's why if you notice most of the blog posts are done after work = either weired sentence structure or no flow.

Yesterday I had earthquake with fatty monkey. I greedily stuffed the first scoop of Yummy Raisins into myself showed a suffering/happy expression. *brain freeze

Well at least he's still proud of me. HAHAHHAHA. wtf.

Tuesdays' tradition

Speaking of sweet stuff, today I discovered that MY cookie jar is left with ONE pathetic piece of Famous Amos Cookies. Holding the jar, I yelled, "who ate my cookies???!!!" 

Mommy & Papa : *exclaimed together all defense like Not me!!! U know I don't dare to touch your food. 

Me : *grumble grumble grumble Must be Lily.

Mommy : Don't think its her either. U know she won't dare to touch your stuff either especially cookies.

Pink Sage

After the first day of Under the Sun#3, we had dinner at Pink Sage.

Greeted by burger head chef. wtf.

Tortilla Chips with Salsa and Jalapeno Cheese Dip

Cheese dip is super on. So good that we finished the cheese without the chips.wtf.

Goat's cheese, walnut and orange salad

The goat cheese was super stinky not like the blue cheese kinda stinky but the yucky stinky. Salad was dry and very small portion. Did not finish it though as it was really yucky.

Lamb Burger

This is was AWESOME. The patty was juicy and sweet along with fresh vegetables. The aroma was hmm...

But the coleslaw was really blah. Fatty monkey said it was worse than KFC's. LOL.

Braised Beef Crispy Tacos

Not sure bout the taste din't taste it. But the mango salad. Damn cannot make it.

something Pomodoro Meatball Beef

Honestly, it tasted like the chef just dumped tomato puree over the meatballs and fettucini. Sprinkled shredded cheese and VOILA! U got a gourmet dish. *same concept applied for the mango salad above.

The atmosphere wasn't too bad and service was really good but the food was soso. I would go back there for drinks and chill with friends. Not for dinner though. Anyhow I still wanna try the Breakfast Stack! Hope it won't be disappointing.

This is How We Think

On a certain evening, I called Ryn to tell her bout MNG sales.


Ryn : OMG I'm blogging bout u now then u call. LOL.


She of cause quickly shut down everything and hurried over to join me.


Later during dinner we were talking bout how we bumped into each other the day before when she was walking to her car after happy hour while I was walking to mine after work. Awesome right? I finish work when people done with happy hour.


Anyways,


Ryn, "U know ytd after I bump into u I went to meet my friends and they wanted to have DURIAN. Then I said cannot la because apparently after u drink and if u eat durian u will DIE. But they kept reassuring me that I won't die. So u know me being high had THREE.


Then when I got home and showered, I had rashes all over my body and it was so damn itchy. I went to Wikipedia only bout allergic reaction nothing bout death.


I thought to myself. SHIT LA my room damn messy should I clean it up? What if I die then my friends come and see my room so messy. Should wear something nicer to sleep tonight?


I woke up every couple of hours to check if I was still breathing man. Damn sohai stress."


HAHHAHAHAHAHA. I think there are only two people who thinks like me. Caryn and Pin.
