The Losers

On Monday, Karen offered me invites to the screening of Iron Man 2 which was supposed to happen today in Wangsa Walk Mall. Considering the location of the mall, traffic conditions and bla bla bla. I decided to apply for half day leave more like emergency leave (btw I think I'm very lucky coz I always land with very nice immediate bosses. shit better not jinx it.) so I won't miss the movie. I know damn kia su. And let's just say it wasn't easy for me or my boss to just take leave n go.

And just as I reached home, Karen bbm-ed me and said the client made a mistake. The movie is tmr. WTF?! FML. I couldn't possibly turn around and go back to office. So might as well made full use of my day. Guess what I did?! SLEEP. HAHA.

Ok la. Then I went to 1u to watch The Losers. I know its a lil too late but those of u whom have not watch the movie. MUST WATCH! 

1. Very unpredictable and I mean super very unpredictable. 

2. Its so DAMN funny. I think I can sleep tonight and still laugh when I'm sleeping. wtf. Its not that it din't happen to me before. Let's not get there because when it happened fatty monkey said it was really creepy but then he said since its coming from me whom I sleep talk all the time so it wasn't surprising. WTF?!

3. Just watch it and let it blow your mind.

Till then. I had really awesome Tenzaru Soba + Salmon Sahimi yesterday.

Fabulastic Weekend

No there wasn't any party neither crazy drink sessions nor road trips. Just this.

Martini + sushi + sashimi + organi along with some chic flick.

*notice there's only culinary for one because we are just too damn lazy to clean up. wtf. Funny I've this weired fetish for those cheap lil salmon rolls. I think they're like the best ever EVAH besides sashimi of course.

And of course reading the light, bimbo book whilst having fatty monkey by my side watching Discover channel. The simplest things in life are the best.

Till then. My next mission would be jazz + Disney = love.

Masks 101

Today's been a rather self fulfilling day!


1. Face scrub - check
2. Mask - check
3. Foot scrub - check
4. Hair treatment - check.


OH shit just realized I left out the grooming part. Shall work on it tmr when there's sunlight coz I'm so damn blind at night. FML.


Speaking of masks, I've always wanted to try out those masks with colourful nice packaging. 

On Tuesday, I saw them at the Sri Petaling pasar malam selling for only RM 12 per box (10 pieces inside). being cheap, that's what fatty monkey calls me. ROOARRRRRR. cheap cheap cheap (like bird chirping wtf.) I bought them without much thought as I recall seeing this online bout RM 3+ per piece.

After the purchase, I happily walked to another vendor whom I recognized as I bought some nonsense wrap tummy stuff a couple of weeks ago. Haih yea I'm so superficial. wtf.

I saw her selling the same masks and out of curiosity I asked her how much they were. She said, "RM 3 for 10". Then she saw me holding a box of masks and asked me to show her and she told me they were fake. WTF??!!!

Ok so here's how u differentiate them.

Genuine piece

1. Numbering thing stuck out on the front bottom left.

2. The patterns at the bottom are symmetrical.

3. Generally able to fTeel the content from the outside is much thicker.

The only difference I can see from the back is the genuine piece has a darker pint of expiry date. Nevertheless, I read in LowYat Forum that if the manufacturing code printed behind the packet contains only numbers without alphabets the its definitely fake.

I'm so amused to see even pasar malam vendors talking bout online forums and Facebook these days. Guess no man can escape from technology.

I really want to continue but I'm so damn sleepy.

Pappa Rich, Sunway Pyramid SUCKS

Never EVER EVER dine in Pappa Rich, Sunway Pyramid. I suffered from diarrhea because of them TWICE! Why I said Pyramid is because it only happens when I dined in that particular branch. The first time I had diarrhea 2-3 times that night. So I thought it was no big deal.


Few days later, I went to Pappa Rich Taipan, had steam chicken also but no problem still can yell and jump at fatty monkey. Then last Thursday...


I had lunch with 5 of my colleagues at Pappa Rich Pyramid. 4 of us ordered nasi leak, 1 had chicken rice and 1 had vegetarian nasi lemak. No prizes for guessing.


I literally camped in the toilet that night. FML. 4 of my colleagues also suffered from food poisoning except for Tee Loon who was the vegetation. WTF is this?! You tell me.


But on the same day, look what arrived?

All the way from UK.

Its Mr. Bump!!!!! *jumps around with joy

A while ago, May May came back to M'sia before that she asked me there's anything I want from UK. Of course I din't want her to get anything since she bringing her 2 daughters along who were both less than 5 years old. Takkan carry so much stuff back right. 

When she was around, I told her about this character and its so damn difficult to get the genuine one in KL. All that's available is those pirated Sungai Wang/Times Sqaure kind. Prolly tonnes of lala girls have already asked their ah beng vcd seller bfs to get for them. wtf.

I totally forgot bout the conversation as it was just some crap over everything and everything.

Btw I think their packaging is so damn good. Its stuck with the envelop. 

Call me jagun this is the first time I see this.

Then I thought, is this way of saying things happen of a reason? Because of the diarrhea I had to be on MC and that was when I was home to receive the package? wtf. I'm turning so bimbo these days. I can't help myself. HAHAHAHHA.

Btw where can I get BIG Mr. Bump?! *ish perempuan ini tamak betul coz apparently May May had to search high and low to get this small one. So getting a big one is pretty impossible. :(

Unexpected

Twas' at a friend's place yesterday evening and guess what he took out to entertain us?

Student English Course. wtf

And I learnt that these should be the components of the Student English Course.

HAHAHHAHAHA. 

Ma, I'm going study!!!! *waves hand franatically and the other holding the box. wtf.

Though this might appear to be rather common to most of you, but I'm so damn happy! I'm a size 3. Hence, I get 99% of my shoes from Vincci. The remaining 1% would be from Nike kids or Adidas Kids you name it. Because of my small feet, its so damn difficult for me to get shoes especially pumps! Vincci only carries the size 4 as the smallest size for pumps. FML.

So you can see I'm really extremely happy over this pair of ordinary pumps - means I still can hope. *big wet eyes.

Nevertheless, the stuff are really cute for kids and babies!!! 

Ok Literally just fell asleep on the laptop.

Wrap Up

My gosh its already 11:20 p.m. the end of the week. Been caught up with so much. Really miss the luxury of bumming around last week. To come to think of it, I squeezed in quite a number of catch up sessions over the weekend despite of work.

1. Dinner with my former colleagues and movie.

Besides Josh Duhamel being so damn good looking, literally swept me off when he first appeared, wtf it was so damn funny and the ending was unpredictable. Ok no spoilers.

I miss them so much.

2. Drinks with bunny and ket.

3. Super spontaneous karaoke session with Joanne.

4. Dinner and gossip with Wei Shiong.

In which after item no.2 I do not have any photos because they were oh so last minute.

Till then. Monday oh Monday.

Angus Steak House

Says who one must dress with his best to have steak? This was rather spontaneous we passed by the place and I thought it looked rather good and Mr. Chee recognized the place from ieatishootipost. He described it as most value for money steak. So we decided to give it a go. 


Btw this was the day after we had the RM74.00 freakin' Williams. I'm still very bitter bout it though I din't fork out a cent. wtf.

Guess what?! See the price list here. You choose the steak you want and for whatever you pay for it comes with appetizer + soup + salad + main course + dessert. See more value more money! with free flow of drinking water + air conditioned + nice ambiance + jazz music. My gosh stupid William's. *narrows eyes.

Warm, crispy outside and soft inside bread.

Shrimp Appetizer

The shrimp was very fresh. Yea how would I know right? You see I'm allergic to shrimps but I'm also a very greedy person. So even if it would make my face swell, I will still enjoy every bit of it waving the allergies back of my head. The fresher the shrimp is the earlier I will feel my face swell. zzzz.  That's how much I love to eat.

Anyways, what made the shrimp so good was the olive oil used. Not just some cheapo olive oil but of high quality along with vinaigrette dressing. It makes it a lil sour, salty and yet the fresh taste of the shrimp remains.

Cauliflower Soup

Recall Lafite? This beat Lafite flat! Ok it would depend on individual taste. This is richer and creamier without losing the essence of the cauliflower.

Salad

Unlike traditional garden or caesar salad dressing, this is topped with a lil mayo and the Japanese soya sauce. Not a very big fan of it though.

When you get here, everything doesn't matter anymore. Its so damn good that you forgot how  good were the starters. Grilled to perfection accompanied with its aromatic gravy. I went to bed yesterday thinking bout the steak. wtf. I've not had such good steak in a long long time.

And of course to top it off is the butler. HAHAHAHAHA. *shifty eyes HAHAHAHAH.

Ahem excuse me.

Dessert

Ice cream cake with choc fuzz and sesame seed. Simply take the fruits and wipe it on top of the choc - hmmmm delicious!!!!

Its Been Awhile

My Saturday.


8:30 a.m. Jump out of bed. With thoughts of, "shits I'm late for work. Do I have any presentation or meeting today?" Few secs later. Today's Saturday. Back to bed.


11:00 a.m. Open eyes. Checked bb - texts, msn, bbm. My gosh. Strangely texted Ryn Rawr Rawr on some totally random thing instead of replying the rest. Fell asleep again.


1:00 p.m. Woke up for real. Had lunch while crapping with mommy almost forgot the time.


3:00 p.m. Church.


5:00 p.m. Pedicure.

Decided to go pretty in pink! 

6:15 p.m. Snack time!

The Notebook and Can You Keep A Secret

Books I wanted to read when I was in school and grew out of non fiction books because they were predictable. zzzz. But what the heck! Besides u get 50% off for the second book.

9:00 p.m. Dinner with Evan at Williams. Total bill RM 74.00!!!! - Cordon bleu, Seafood pasta, Honeydew melon special, Ribena special and ais limau. zzzz. Reminds me of why I've not been there for years. Effing expensive for mamak.

11:30 p.m. Reached home, shower, pack up.

12:30 a.m. Browse random sites while msn-ing a couple of those who are not out. 

1:00 a.m. Read a couple pages of Can You Keep A Secret. Pretty interesting,

1:30 a.m. Blogging while listening to Mr. Chee's faint breathing, sound asleep.

My gosh don't know what's with me these days. I used to like dark colours, love weird characters and non-fiction books. But now I opt for pink nail polish, have Hello Kitty sticker on my bb and read  fiction books. I freakin' turning blonde and the scariest part is I seem to enjoy it. FML. Must be the whole work thing since we have to be "serious and professional" most of the time. In return think I wanna let loose till it came to the abit too much kinda extend. DAMN.

I really miss days like these - unplanned, easy going.
